Ashley Cruz Events recently launched a 2-day virtual wellness retreat that focuses on teaching attendees practical tips and tricks to combat stress during these uncertain and unprecedented times. The classes range from yoga, pilates, ad mediations, and are coupled with powerful sessions that walk guests their mindsets. The online event features experts in the wellness field including Ashley Cruz herself, Sarah Farrell and Cody Homa from Sound Vibes for yoga, Jess Flude from ThetaHealer for a motivation module, Jessica Derksen from True To You Lifestyle to discuss nutrition, and Janita Frantsi for a Pilates class, among others.
The virtual wellness retreat will help transform attendees to find inner strength and tickets are priced at a pay-what-you-can model (with a suggestion of $20), with proceeds being donated to Food Bank.
