MECCA recently introduced a beauty hub called MECCA LIVE that helps to keep consumers connected. MECCA describes MECCA LIVE as a “24-hour beauty update of what we love and what we’re obsessed with,” and it’s a place where beauty lovers can discover the latest products, Q&A sessions, chat with customer service teams, view beauty tutorials, read interviews and more. Currently, there are six features on the hub, including Breaking Beauty News, MECCA Concierge, MECCA TV, MECCA Chit Chat, MECCA Memo and more.
With the online resource, beauty lovers can access content like “how to go from your at-home workout to your video meeting” or even book recommendations to get them through the lockdown. The beauty hub was created in response to the pandemic, as the Australian beauty retailer has had to shift the way it operates.
