The Walgreens Find Care platform has been expanded by the pharmacy brand in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic to help provide consumers with a range of new services and features that maximize their healthcare capabilities from home.
The platform will now provide access to national and regional partners that will offer access to over 30 providers who can treat more than 100 conditions. This will help to get consumers the care they need without having to actually head into a pharmacy or seek out alternative care.
Walgreens President Richard Ashworth spoke on the updates to the Walgreens Find Care platform saying, “Connecting patients to telehealth services from trusted local providers is more important now than ever before as people turn to digital solutions to help minimize exposure to COVID-19. Customers can use Walgreens Find Care to help navigate their healthcare experience — from initial consultations to getting their prescriptions filled — without ever leaving their home.”
